Christine’s poetry has appeared in Terrain.org, Nimrod, The Pedestal Magazine, OCHO #24, the Aurorean, the anthology Riffing on Strings: Creative Writing Inspired by String Theory, on 3 Quarks Daily, on The Daily Dish, and elsewhere. She is Editor of Autumn Sky Poetry, an international poetry journal. A feature article about Poem Sparks, Christine’s poetry prompts, appeared in the Philadelphia Inquirer newspaper, now appears on the columnist’s website. She serves as Site Administrator for Poets.org’s discussion forum. Additionally, About.com has included three of Christine’s poems in their seasonal anthologies: Poems for Spring, Poems for Summer and Poems for Autumn. . . . was born in the coal-mining region of northeastern Pennsylvania. She received a BA in professional writing from Carnegie Mellon and worked as a technical writer in Manhattan. This exposure to both industry and nature and her awareness of northeastern American life shapes her poetry and photography. z
